We want you!
To volunteer at the Festival, click here or call our volunteer Coordinator Heather at (403) 541-1668, or the CAOS office (403)266-1503.
Festival Transportation Volunteers needed. Duties include picking up international superstar artists at the airport, running artists from hotel to venue and back, and helping gather and deliver equipment.
Transpo team members need a valid driver’s license and a car with at least the front seat cleared out.
We are still looking for folks for the following teams:
Front of House – box office, ushers, info booth, ticket sales, raffle sales, merchandise sales, volunteer check in, audience surveys, concessions.
Communications – phone crew, contacting volunteers, email blasts, database upkeep, preparing artist and volunteer information packages.
Transportation – moving artists and equipment.
Gala – event planning, decor, entertainment.
Online Auction – procure donations, post online, update bids, deliver items.
Marketing – poster & handbill squad, promotional events.
